Admissions
Application Process
We are encouraged that you and your family have
chosen to consider applying for admissions to Gwinnett Christian Academy. Following
is a list of steps that must be completed before a child may be enrolled in Gwinnett
Christian Academy.
Parent’s Checklist
- Print and fill out the Application for Admission and Student Record Request (GCA application form)
- Submit completed application and $200 registration fee (non-refundable)
- An administrative review will be performed at this step in the application process
- Submit copies of report cards and standardized test results for the previous two school years
- An admissions test (grades 4-10) will be administered or applicant interview will be scheduled with the teacher (grades PK-3)
- An administrative review will be performed at this step in the application process
- Submit letters of recommendation from the following: your pastor/minister, a former teacher, a personal friend/acquaintance
- Attend family interview with applicant and custodial parents/guardians
- Sign financial agreement, commitment forms, and records release form
- Submit payment of one month’s tuition (non-refundable)
- Receive letter of acceptance
- Parents requiring before and/or after care for children enrolled at GCA may sign up for our GCARE program.
Please note that the school administration may suspend/terminate the admissions process at any time prior to acceptance.
