Gwinnett Christian Academy: Tuition & Fees

Registration/Fees

	A registration fee of $200 per student is required at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable and covers the expense of enrolling your child in the academy.
	Book fees are included in the tuition.
	Class fees are applicable for classes that use consumable products (music, art, Spanish, computer, home economics, science labs, etc.)
	Upon acceptance, one month’s tuition is due. This payment is non-refundable.

Tuition: Prepaid
Tuition for Gwinnett Christian Academy is as follows:

Preschool/Kindergarten:	$527.50 at acceptance + $4,747.50 by June 1st = $5,275.00 per student
1st through 5th Grades:	$547.50 at acceptance + $4,927.50 by June 1st = $5,475.00 per student
6th through 8th Grades:	$567.50 at acceptance + $5,107.50 by June 1st = $5,675.00 per student
9th & 10th Grades:	$617.50 at acceptance + $5,557.50 by June 1st = $6,175.00 per student

Prepaid tuition must be received by June 1, 2008 in order to receive the above rates. Otherwise, tuition will be calculated according to the Tuition Installment Plan.

Tuition: Installment Plan
Upon acceptance to Gwinnett Christian Academy, one month’s tuition is due. GCA offers a 9 month payment plan for those families who wish to spread the remaining tuition over a school year. This option requires each family to utilize FACTS Tuition Management Company to set up a monthly bank draft for payment of tuition. The tuition schedule for the monthly installment plan by grade level is as follows:

Preschool/Kindergarten:	$550.00 at acceptance + 9 installments of $550.00 = $5,500.00 per student
1st through 5th Grades:	$570.00 at acceptance + 9 installments of $570.00 = $5,700.00 per student
6th through 8th Grades:	$590.00 at acceptance + 9 installments of $590.00 = $5,900.00 per student
9th & 10th Grades:	$640.00 at acceptance + 9 installments of $640.00 = $6,400.00 per student

One month’s tuition is due upon acceptance and is non-refundable. The remaining 9 installments will be due on the 1st of each month beginning with August 1, 2008.

Multiple Student Discounts
Multiple student discounts are provided by GCA. The second child enrolled at Gwinnett Christian Academy receives a $200 discount off the applicable tuition rate. Any additional children receive a $250 discount off the applicable tuition rate. For prepaid tuition, the tuition will be reduced by the appropriate discount amount. For the tuition installment plan, installments will be reduced proportionately with the discount.

Withdrawal

It is assumed that your child is enrolled for the entire year, and Gwinnett Christian Academy sets its budget accordingly. If you withdraw your child before the end of the school year, you are responsible for the remainder of the tuition. There will be no refunds.

Report cards and transcripts are released to parents or other schools after all payments have been received and posted to the student’s school account.

A check for the full amount of the registration fee must be provided with your initial application. Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
