Tuition and Fee Schedule - 2010-2011
 

Registration/Fees

A fee of $200 per student, not to exceed $400 per family, is due at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable and covers the expense of enrolling your child in the academy.
Book fees are included in the tuition.
Class fees are applicable for classes that use consumable products (music, art, foreign language, computer, home economics, science labs, etc.)
In addition to submitting required documentation and the application fee, a payment of one month's tuition will be reuquired to complete the registration process. This payment is not refundable.

Annual Tuition: Prepaid
Prepaid tuition for Gwinnett Christian Academy is as follows:

Kindergarten $5,795.00 per student
1st through 5th Grades $6,025 per student
6th through 8th Grades $6245.00 per student
9th through 12th Grades $6,795 per student

Prepaid tution must be received by June 1, 2010 in order to receive the above rates. Prepaid tuition received after June 1, 2010 will include a late fee of 1% per week, not to exceed 8%.

Annual Tuition: Installment Plan

Upon registration, one month's tuition is due. GCA offers a 9 month installment plan for those families who wish to spread the remaining tuition over the school year. This option requires each family to utilize FACTS Tuition Management Company to set up a monthly bank draft for payment of tuition. The tuition schedule fro the monthly installment plan by grade level is as follows:

Kindergarten: $637.50 at registration + 9 installements of $637.50 = $6375.00 per student.
1st through 5th Grades: $663.00 at registration + 9 installements of $663.00 = $6630.00 per student.
6th through 8th Grades: $687.00 at acceptance + 9 installements of $687.00 = $6870.00 per student.
9th through 12th Grades: $747.50 at registration + 9 installements of $747.50 = $7475.00 per student.

One month's tuition is due at registration and is non-refundable. The remaining 9 installments will be due by the 20th of each month beginning in July, 2010.

Discounts on Annual Tuition
Early registraion discounts will apply to families who complete the registration process by the following dates:

Registration by 2/1/20 15% discount for each child registered.
Registration by 3/15/10 10% discount for each child registered.
Registration by 5/1/10 5% discount for each child registered.

Multi child discounts will apply to familites who register more that one child.
2nd child....10% 3rd child....20% 4th or more children....30% per child

Withdrawal

It is assumed that your child is enrolled for the entire year, and Gwinnett Christian Academy sets its budget accordingly. If you withdraw your child before the end of the school year, you are responsible for the remainder of the tuition. There will be no refunds.
Report cards and transcripts are released to parents or other schools after all payments have been received and posted to the student’s school account.

Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
